IT Intern

Role : IT intern - Technical Support & Networking

Location : Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu

Duration : 3 months ( Full time role after successful completion)

About the role :

We are looking for enthusiastic IT interns who want to start their careers in technical support and networking. This internship provides real world learning opportunities and based on performance interns will be absorbed into a full time role.

Key responsibilities :

• Provide technical support for hardware, software and networking issues.
• Troubleshoot system errors and connectivity problems
• Assist in installation, configuration and maintenance of IT systems and networks
• Support day-to-day IT operations and end user queries
• Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions

Skills and Qualifications :

• Degree in computer science, IT or related field
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and build a career in IT

Salary : After internship, Full time role with a salary of 10,000 per month
