IT Inside Sales

As an IT Inside Sales Representative at our Zirakpur office near Chandigarh, your main responsibility will be to identify and qualify new business opportunities, particularly with International Clients. You will be tasked with generating leads through thorough research of potential customers to understand their IT needs. Additionally, you will need to effectively present and demonstrate our IT solutions, products, and services to potential clients, offering tailored solutions based on their requirements. To excel in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales, inside sales, or business development, preferably in IT solutions or services. A strong understanding of IT products, services, and technologies is essential, along with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. You should also possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, as well as strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach. Collaboration with technical and support teams will be crucial to ensure that customer requirements are met. You may need to conduct virtual or on-site meetings as necessary to close deals successfully. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring you to work in person at our office location.
