Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business development opportunities and drive lead generation efforts for acquiring new clients. You will be creating pitches and proposals, conducting introductory calls, and following up with clients to ensure successful conversion of leads. Your role will also involve nurturing leads, managing relationships with existing and potential clients, and networking to gain potential leads. Revenue generation will be a key focus area for you in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying new business development opportunities - Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels - Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads - Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline - Responsible for Revenue generation - Nurturing leads and follow-ups - Relationship management with existing and potential clients - Networking to gain potential leads Qualifications Required: - Must have a passion for growing businesses - Deep understanding of sales - Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills - Self-motivated and a good team player - Experience in the healthcare domain - Experience in US sales and IT Sales,
