IT Inside sales executive

As an enthusiastic and customer-oriented IT inside sales executive, your role involves generating quality leads and following up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. You will work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and with the technical team to understand the IT products and services you will be selling. Key Responsibilities: - Contact potential customers to introduce them to IT products and services. - Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - Collaborate with the technical team to gain a deep understanding of the company's products and services. - Close deals and achieve sales targets. - Manage and maintain customer relationships. - Develop and execute sales plans and strategies. - Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions. The job type for this position is full-time, with a salary ranging from 15,000.00 to 25,000.00 per month.
