IT & Infrastructure Support Executive

As a part of Indra Shakti Ventures, a fast-growing FMCG venture under Indra Holdings, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT and infrastructure needs of the organization as we expand our footprint across India and international markets. We are seeking a dedicated IT & Infrastructure Support Executive who will be responsible for managing our digital presence, AI-driven automation, and Zoho One platform. Your key responsibilities will include managing and troubleshooting office IT infrastructure such as laptops, printers, and Wi-Fi networks. You will also be tasked with maintaining firewalls, routers, and IT security systems to ensure the smooth operation of our digital infrastructure. Additionally, you will oversee CCTV, access control, and attendance systems, providing technical support to employees for any hardware or software-related issues that may arise. It will be your responsibility to ensure data backup, antivirus protection, and IT compliance are effectively implemented within the organization. Using Zoho One apps like Zoho People, Zoho Assist, Zoho WorkDrive, and Zoho Creator, you will be involved in IT ticketing, asset management, and process automation. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of experience in IT support or system administration. A strong knowledge of networking principles including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and firewalls is essential. Familiarity with troubleshooting both Windows and Mac systems will be advantageous. Hands-on exposure to Zoho One for IT workflows is highly desirable. Your problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities will be critical in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.
