IT Infrastructure Specialist

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for managing IT Branch and Office Infrastructure related to various technologies such as Video Wall, Smart Projectors, Holo Lens, Robotics, Kiosk, Media Player, access control, and fingerprint systems. You are expected to have a good understanding of industry accepted standards and best practices in Information Management operations and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project is required for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and set up branch infrastructure with at least 5 years of experience in related roles. - Work in a banking operational environment or equivalent for a minimum of 3 years. - Implement ITIL Service Management processes, specifically Change and Release, with at least 4 years of experience. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of banking IT Branch and Office Infrastructure technologies. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Information Management operations and ITSM. - Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project.
