Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist Job Summary: The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and efficiency. This role involves designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network systems, servers, and data security measures. Key Responsibilities: Design and Implementation : Develop and implement network and server solutions to improve efficiency and security. Server Management : Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, ensuring high availability and performance. Maintenance and Support : Monitor network and server performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support. Security Management : Configure firewalls, routing, switching, and server security to maximize network and data protection. Upgrades and Updates : Schedule and perform system and server upgrades and updates. Documentation : Prepare and maintain documentation of network and server configurations and changes. Collaboration : Work with internal teams and external clients to ensure IT systems meet business needs. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications : Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or CISSP. AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are preferred. Experience : 5-6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and server management. Skills : Proficiency in network architecture, system operations, server management, and cloud-based computing. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware). Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MS SQL), middleware, and operating systems (UNIX, Windows). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Show more Show less
