Role: Enterprise Sales Manager (B2B)- IT infrastructure Location: Noida Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Experience: 10-13 Years Job Type: Full-time Shift Timings: Mon to Friday + 1st and 3rd Saturday, 10 AM – 6:30 PM Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Mandatory: Minimum 10 years of extensive enterprise sales experience in IT infrastructure within a B2B environment, specifically in the SI (System Integration) industry. Key Responsibilities & KPIs Develop and maintain a robust sales plan and opportunity pipeline Quickly qualify opportunities and strategic positioning of prospects Build and nurture relationships at executive, operational, and IT leadership levels Gain deep understanding of product/service offerings and competitive positioning Set clear expectations throughout sales cycles to ensure client satisfaction and future references Identify and support closure of sales opportunities from team members Cultivate new business opportunities and expand current client base Develop and execute tailored enterprise sales strategies to achieve revenue goals Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities Must-Have Skills 10+ years in Business Development Enterprise sales experience Account management Experience in IT infrastructure(laptop/desktop/workstations/storage servers/routers/switches/cybersecurity solution/Networking Solution) in a B2B environment Experience in the SI industry Team handling experience Should not have Channel Sales /Government Sales experience Good-to-Have Skills Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication skills Interpersonal skills Key Performance Indicators Develop and maintain a sales plan and opportunity pipeline Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level Develop strong knowledge of Products & Services and the marketplace Set proper expectations in sales cycles resulting in positive references Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities from team members Identify and cultivate new business opportunities Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets Stay current with industry trends, market activities, and competitors Skills: it infrastructure solutions sales,enterprise sales,communication skills,it infrastructure sales,negotiation skills,team handling,it infrastructure,b2b,business development,system integration,sales- it infrastructure solutions,interpersonal skills,communication,it infrastructure solutions sales- b2b,b2b sales,negotiation,account management Show more Show less
