Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems on desktop and laptop computers. 2.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and CCTV-related technical issues. 3.Maintain up-to-date records of IT hardware assets and consumables inventory. 4.Ensure timely updates of antivirus software and Windows critical patches across all endpoint devices. 5.Configure and manage email backup solutions for users on Zimbra and Microsoft 365 (M365). 6.Install and provide support for engineering software, including SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other related applications. 7.Respond to IT hardware-related incidents and ensure timely resolution to minimize business downtime. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 6 years of experience in maintaining industrial IT hardware and infrastructure. Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows/Linux operating systems, and basic networking. Experience in managing antivirus software, system updates, and backups. Hands-on experience with Zimbra and Microsoft 365 email systems. Familiarity with installing and supporting software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and CCTV issues. Office 365 and Zimbra Mail administration Ability to effectively influence the stakeholder Windows 10 and 11 Administration
