We are seeking an experienced Core Banking Specialist with deep expertise in Islamic Banking systems to join our dynamic team. Required Experience and Skills 7 to 15 years of hands-on experience working with Core Banking Systems , preferably with a focus on Islamic Banking solutions . In-depth domain knowledge of Shariah law and its application in Islamic financial products and services. Proven track record of managing customer relationships and aligning technical solutions with customer expectations. Strong understanding of CBS modules including retail, corporate, deposits, lending, trade finance, treasury, and compliance. Experience working with diverse stakeholders across different geographies and functions , facilitating seamless coordination and project delivery. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology functions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and adapt to evolving business needs. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline. Certifications in Core Banking Systems or Islamic Banking principles are a plus. Exposure to regulatory environments and digital banking transformations.

Key Responsibilities 1. Infrastructure Management Maintain and administer Linux and AIX environments to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance across the infrastructure. 2. Database Administration Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot DB2 or Oracle databases. Handle routine maintenance tasks such as performance optimization, backup, and recovery procedures. 3. Application Server Support Support and maintain application servers such as WebSphere Application Server (WAS) or JBoss. Ensure uptime, scalability, and performance through proactive monitoring and configuration management. 4. Performance Optimization Analyze and resolve performance issues across systems, databases, and application servers to ensure seamless operations and optimal resource utilization. 5. Security & Compliance Implement and enforce security best practices. Manage system patches and updates while ensuring adherence to organizational and industry compliance standards. 6. Monitoring & Incident Management Deploy and manage monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve system issues. Respond promptly to incidents and take corrective actions to minimize downtime. 7. Documentation Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for systems, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), architecture diagrams, and configuration details. 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with developers, network engineers, and IT support teams to coordinate deployments, resolve issues, and support integrated systems operations. 9. Project Participation Contribute to infrastructure and systems projects by offering technical expertise, assisting with planning, executing tasks, and supporting post-implementation efforts. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated experience managing Linux and AIX environments. Proficiency in administering either DB2 or Oracle databases. Hands-on experience with WebSphere Application Server (WAS), JBoss, or similar application servers. Solid understanding of networking, storage systems, and virtualization technologies. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
