Responsibilities : Manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, systems, and vendor coordination. Configure and maintain routers, firewalls, modems, and network devices (MPLS, ILL, VPN, SDWAN). Administer Active Directory, DNS, Group Policies, and licensing (MS OS, MSO, Adobe, etc.). Oversee hardware setup (servers, desktops, laptops) across Windows, Linux, OSX platforms. Perform server/database backups, integration, migration, and troubleshooting. Lead design and implementation of new IT infrastructure and software systems. Handle vendor relationships including RFPs, contracts, and licensing. Ensure endpoint and network security through antivirus, firewalls, and backup tools.
