IT Infrastructure and Security Officer

Role overview

The role encompasses end-to-end oversight of IT infrastructure, including network design and administration, hardware and server management, system integrations, and maintenance of both on-premise and cloud-based environments. Responsibilities also include managing cybersecurity frameworks, implementing data protection measures, conducting regular vulnerability assessments, and ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory standards such as ISO, GDPR, or SOC. The officer should be proficient in handling enterprise-level CRM platforms, VoIP systems, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection tools, and data backup solutions, ensuring optimal performance and data resilience across all business operations. Additionally, the role involves leading IT support functions, troubleshooting escalations, monitoring system health, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technological upgrades that enhance business continuity and operational efficiency.
