Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly experienced IT Head for a renowned Footwear Company based in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of IT leadership experience, strong expertise in SAP implementation, and exposure to ZOHOSAP environments.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can drive digital transformation and manage complex IT ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementation and integration across all business functions.
Oversee IT operations and align technology strategies with overall business goals.
Manage ZOHOSAP environments, ensuring seamless workflow, automation, and data integrity.
Lead internal IT teams and coordinate with external vendors for upgrades, rollouts, and process improvements.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and introduce scalable, efficient technology solutions.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 20 years in IT Management, with solid exposure to the SAP ecosystem.
Expertise: Proven track record in large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, ZOHO).
Leadership: Strong leadership and project management skills with a strategic, analytical mindset.
Industry Exposure: Preferably from manufacturing, retail, or footwear sectors.
