Job Description

Job Title: IT Hardware Sales Executive Location: Kolkata Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month Industry: IT Hardware Sales (Laptops, Desktops, Peripherals, etc.) Job Type: Full-time About the Company: A reputed and growing organization in the IT hardware distribution and B2B sales space, offering reliable computing solutions including laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories to corporate and SME clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Visit corporate clients and IT resellers to present and promote hardware products (laptops, desktops, printers, servers, peripherals, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable hardware solutions. Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly targets. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, dispatches, and after-sales support. Maintain a sales pipeline and submit regular reports on visits, inquiries, and closures. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT hardware field sales (B2B preferred). Strong knowledge of laptops, desktops, and related IT products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Must be target-driven and self-motivated. Should be comfortable with field work and client visits. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools is a plus.
