Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Sales Executive, focusing on RFID solutions within Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS) or Barcode System. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, showcasing our solutions, and driving sales growth in the technology solutions sector. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential customers across different industries for RFID-based RTLS solutions or Barcode System, including healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, and retail. - Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and challenges. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the capabilities of RFID and RTLS solutions. - Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure seamless project delivery. - Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the RFID and RTLS space. - Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to the management team. Qualifications Required: - 0-5 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in RFID, RTLS, IoT, or enterprise technology solutions, or Barcode System. - Strong knowledge of RFID technology, RTLS applications, and their utilization in various industries. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated with a proactive sales approach and strong client management skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
