Skills & Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

• Office 365 Administration – security, compliance, defender, Intune, and SharePoint.
• Document and inventory management, assets, onboarding, and FNF.
• Experience with security threats and rule management at the firewall level.
• Taking leadership, direction, and guidance to the team of employees towards effectively achieving a common goal.

Responsibilities:

• Workplace Transformations, Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMWare, Virtual networking, Security and application architecture.
• Troubleshoot various Office 365/ G-Suite issues including connectivity and mobility.
• Mobile Device Management – InTune policy management of Phones and Laptops.
• Office 365 migrations, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business (S4B), Microsoft Teams, Intune MDM, Azure AD troubleshooting and technical support.
• Backup Software and Hardware Configurations – DR and BCP.
• Monitor and resolve Local & Azure backups & Azure Site Recovery replication.
• Strong working knowledge of Operating System Software (Microsoft Windows Client and Server, Mac, Linux, and UNIX).
• Provided tier 2 and tier 3 technical support over tickets, phone, and email.
• Respond to all help desk tickets within SLA guidelines.
• Accepted case escalations from junior techs and solved many of the complex cases the technical support team received.
• Strong working knowledge of Routing & Layer 3 Switching.
• Intermediate to advanced networking knowledge and solid understanding and ability to troubleshoot networking technologies (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Cabling).
• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, network interfaces, and network security.
• Management and upkeeping for the CCTV system and Attendance Machine.
• Excellent problem determination and problem-solving skills.
