IT Governance Manager

About IT Governance Manager Role:

IT Governance manager will work closely under IT infrastructure Head positions for implementation of various IT Infra initiatives like Active Directory, MDM, DLP, ZTNA, EDR, Web Firewall, Proxy, Reverse Proxy implementation. He will work under guidance of IT infra head and build various KPI and IT Policies (e.g. Password Policy, User Policy, Group Policies) to be ensuring IT compliance. This position will work under IT infrastructure Head and help to conduct conduce various internal and external IT Audits across applications and Infrastructure and get all the observations closed. He will keep a track of various KPI and breaches of various implementation of Firewall Policies, AD Policies, MDM, DLP and conduct review with Application Support team and IT Infra Head and improve the policy rules under guidance with IT infrastructure Head. He will also maintain repository of various IT Policies, IT Budget for CTO under guidance of CTO, IT Application Head, IT Infra Head.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management:

Tracking connectivity of across India, ensuring seamless integration and high availability for the SAS-based application platform, including network management, cloud services, and hardware/software provisioning to support business operations in key regions like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka, including new branch roll out with team and its connectivity needs with Cloud as well as central office. Working under guidance of IT infra head to create DC and DR set up at appropriate time as per regulatory need with implementation partners.

IT End-User Support:

Manage end user support at Mumbai office via vendors via Managed service assignments or self.

Governance Framework:

Establishing the various IT policies as a role out of Active Directory, MDM, DLP, EDR initiatives and keeping a track of various KPIs on weekly basis. Doing review of the same with IT Infra and CTO. Publish various dashboards and non compliances regulary and take necessary actions under guidance of IT Infra head and CTO to tighten the policies.

Helping IT infra Head to implement IT governance framework, including assisting the IT infra Head to set up / strengthen Change management process, Change Approval Board and Solution Architecture Board, cost approval process and be consistent with regulatory / RBI master directions.

Governance:

• Helping IT Infra Head to carry out IT Governance to Sr Management is conducted while implementing IT Infrastructure, Security related initiatives
• Helping IT Infra Head to conduct regular Governance of IT Infra programs with vendors and measure KPI of the vendor and Policy KPI breaches to improve the same.

Information Security Projects and Compliance:

• Ensure that all Open VAPT points related to Application team are closed on time.
• Ensure VAPT points of network are closed on time
• Knowledge of API, integration framework via API Gateway, ESB will be desirable

Development and Delivery

• Work closely with IT infra Head to Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of IT infra projects, from ideation to launch, including prototyping, POC, testing, and post-launch feedback loops.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate via support teams for incident resolution and user support.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Manage support and relationship with various functional stakeholders Engage with Function Heads, C Suite members for support etc.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree, BSC IT, B. Com relevant experience in various IT Infrastructure initiatives e.g. ITIL certifications & Cloud management certificate will be added advantage.
• Exposure in Active Directory, IDAM, MDM, DLP, Email, End User Support and managing various policies and procedures in this regard will have weighted advantage.
