We are looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented female freshers to join our growing team as Business Development Executives. This is a role suitable for individuals passionate about building a career in the IT services and consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through various online platforms like LinkedIn, etc.
• Communicate with international clients via emails, chats, and calls.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Maintain client databases and follow-up activities.
• Ensure timely responses and professional communication with prospects.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, or software development (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
