IT Executive

As a Technical Manager, your role will involve troubleshooting hardware (server & client), software, and Hospital Information System (HIS). You should be familiar with all hardware and software, including network operating systems. Your responsibilities will include providing recommendations on accessing information and support, maintaining an up-to-date inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources, and troubleshooting all technology issues. Additionally, you will be expected to keep a log of required repairs and maintenance, maintain digital records, and assist in the implementation of HIS in all departments. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot hardware (server & client), software, and Hospital Information System (HIS) - Be familiar with all hardware and software - Be familiar with network operating systems - Provide recommendations about accessing information and support - Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources - Troubleshoot all technology issues - Maintain a log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance - Work with Biometric, CCTV, LAN, etc. - Maintain digital records - Assist in HIS implementation in all departments Qualifications Required: - Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems - Expertise in data centre management and data governance - Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
