Role & responsibilities

• Lead implementation of data security solutions including data tracking, endpoint monitoring, and user access control.
• Design and maintain systems to prevent unauthorized access, data leakage, and internal/external threats.
• Develop and enforce security policies and user protocols

• Regularly monitor systems for compliance with internal and external data security standards.
• Create MIS reports and dashboards related to IT security performance, incidents, and usage trends

Email & Endpoint Security

• Manage enterprise-level email security solutions such as

  Microsoft Enterprise Security

  ,

  Microsoft Defender

  , or similar platforms.
• Monitor and mitigate threats like phishing, malware, and data exfiltration.
• Configure and manage security policies using tools like

  Microsoft Intune

  Microsoft Purview

Data Backup & Recovery

• Establish and maintain regular data backup systems for critical business information.
• Ensure proper storage, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor and test backup systems periodically.

Identity & Access Management

• Manage

• Implement user identity management best practices and policies.
• Regularly audit user access, permissions, and role-based controls.

Microsoft Ecosystem & Collaboration Tools
