Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive to manage and support the company’s IT

infrastructure across multiple locations. The candidate should be proactive, technically skilled, and

willing to travel between sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot systems, servers, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and update computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
Ensure regular data backup and system security (antivirus/firewall).
Coordinate with vendors for IT assets, AMC, and service support.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory across all factory locations.
Support users for email setup, ERP access, and other IT-related applications.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, routers, and switches.
Basic understanding of server management and backup systems.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Must be comfortable traveling within Vasai–Boisar region and to Head Office when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
