About Us:

Asian Lab Grown Diamonds LLP is a leading name in the lab-grown diamond industry, committed to innovation, precision, and technology. We are expanding our IT Department and looking for a skilled professional to manage and maintain our digital infrastructure and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Maintenance:
• Manage and maintain our in-house inventory management system built with .NET and SQL Database.
• Coordinate with developers for updates, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Website & Digital Presence:
• Handle company websites, including updates, performance monitoring, and SEO optimization.
• Oversee social media pages and assist in digital marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.).
• IT Infrastructure & Networking:
• Manage hardware, networking, and system security within the office.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all systems, printers, and connectivity.
• Data Management:
• Maintain data backups and ensure system security.
• Coordinate with management for software integrations and data analytics.
• Support & Coordination:
• Provide IT support to internal staff for any software or hardware issues.
• Liaise with external vendors for IT equipment or services when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in .NET framework and SQL Server (understanding code and database structure).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, WordPress, or web hosting.
• Familiar with digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Good understanding of networking, system setup, and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with inventory or ERP systems.
• Understanding of SEO / Google Analytics / Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
