IT Executive (Hardware & Software)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Executive to manage and support our organization’s IT infrastructure. The role involves handling hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to maintaining systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Monitor system performance and carry out preventive maintenance.
• Manage and track IT assets, licensing, and inventory.
• Support employees with IT-related queries and technical assistance (desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices).
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, software renewals, and IT services.
• Maintain documentation of IT processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
• Assist in the setup of new systems, servers, and network devices when required.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and organizational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as IT Executive / IT Support / System Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, servers) and software (Windows, MS Office, antivirus, etc.).
• Familiarity with networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Good understanding of data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: South Delhi/ East Delhi (Preferred)
