Here’s a detailed Job Description (JD) for the IT Executive role:👇 Job Title: IT Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide hardware, networking, and system support. The ideal candidate will be experienced in hardware maintenance, printer servicing, toner refilling, and CCTV setup/repair. --- Key Responsibilities: 🖥️ Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and networking systems. 🖨️ Printer repairing and regular maintenance to ensure smooth operation. 🔄 Toner refilling and cartridge replacement for various printer models. ⚙️ Maintain IT inventory, tools, and repair logs. 🛠️ Provide on-site support for technical issues when required. 📊 Report daily technical activities and escalations to the IT head/manager. --- Requirements: ✔️ 2–5 years of experience in IT hardware/networking support. ✔️ Diploma or certification in Computer Hardware & Networking (Preferred). ✔️ Strong troubleshooting and technical skills. ✔️ Willingness to travel locally if needed. ✔️ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. --- Benefits: 🧾 Fixed working hours 📈 Skill enhancement opportunities 🤝 Friendly and supportive work environment
