Oversee daily operations of the pharmaceutical manufacturing & marketing division. Develop & Implement Strategic Business plans to meet growth targets. Ensure compliance with GMP, Regulatory Guidelines, and Quality standards. Manage cross-functional teams (Production, QA, R&D, Sales). Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance.
