Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Managing and installing IT infra in clinic including Laptop, desktop, modem/routers, NW printers and tablet
Ensure all help desk calls are handled promptly and diagnosed accurately and provide appropriate support
Monitoring internet and coordinating ISPs for internet related faults
Manage and collaborate with third party vendors for support
Managing CCTV and Surveillance
Working in collaboration with team and being a team player
Setting up IT infra at new locations

Preferred candidate profile

Ability to provide support to local as well as remote locations
Zeal to learning new technologies in hardware and software (functional only)
Configuring and installing internet modems, network printers/scanners, CCTV, MS Windows/Linux, Server Antivirus
Graduate with Specialization in IT/Diploma in Hardware and Network is preferred
Knowledge of remote access tools, hardware and software troubleshooting
Experience - 2Yrs - 5Yrs
Own Conveyance (Must)
