Notice period: Immediate or 15 Days.

We are seeking an IT Solution Architect. In this role, he will be responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive IT infrastructure and Integrated Solutions for applications for managed services delivery, ensure adherence to SLAs and security policies and provide technical expertise to clients.

o Create and maintain documentation for processes that involve both application and infrastructure.o Document procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing.o Offer training sessions to both teams to ensure they understand the interdependencies and best practices.o Foster collaboration and communication between teams.

Required Technical/Professional Skills:

• Worked extensively in Integrated IT Infra landscape Management, Monitoring & Implementation
  o Strong understanding of systems, networking, development tools, Integrationso Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, networking, databases), and cloud platforms & application developmento Experience in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration, ADo Experience in network/firewall/load balancer design and implementation.( LDAP, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, APIs)o Experience with service management methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.o Excellent problem solving, communication & Interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, build relationship & collaborate with diverse teamso Highly organized, analytical, and procedural with creative and strategic thinking. Adept at managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlineso Passionate about solution development and automation, actively seeking opportunities to develop tools that streamline and simplify development and delivery processes.
