About the Role

Sitecore Practice Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  Sitecore architecture and solution design

  for enterprise-scale digital experience platforms.
• Own and drive

  presales initiatives

  including RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, estimations, and technical presentations.
• Act as the

  Sitecore Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  across engagementsoffering guidance on templates, components, personalization, multi-site management, and deployment best practices.
• Build and scale

  practice capabilities

  through structured training programs, certification initiatives, and mentorship.
• Engage with clients in

  discovery and consulting sessions

  to align Sitecore solutions with business objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with

  delivery, sales, and partner teams

  to expand Sitecore offerings and develop reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience

  in .NET-based solutions, with

  5+ years of hands-on Sitecore experience (preferably version 10.x).

• Proven expertise in

  Sitecore architecture

  , SXA, component design, personalization, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong background in

  presales and proposal creation

  , including effort estimation, cost modeling, and technical solution articulation.
• Demonstrated ability to

  mentor, coach, and upskill teams

  through enablement programs and certifications.
• Deep understanding of

  content lifecycle management

  ,

  digital marketing modules

  , and integration with third-party systems.
• Previous experience serving as a

  Sitecore Solution Architect

  on at least two large-scale enterprise implementations.
