Job Description

Manage multiple engineers for one or more product or technical domains in an agile environment.
Coach and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
Drive adoption of engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and secure coding
Provide technical oversight for the design, development, and deployment of scalable data, monitoring, and infrastructure solutions
Align engineering roadmaps with enterprise architecture and stores & supply chain strategies
Ensure operational excellence and accountability for system performance, uptime, and delivery metrics
Act as a key escalation point for technical delivery and production issues
Promote innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies to support evolving business needs
Oversee the development of data pipelines and integrations to support analytics, reporting, and operational visibility
Partner with IT and business leaders across Stores and Distribution to deliver impactful, scalable solution
