Role & responsibilities

Work on IT Services issues resolution (End User Computing, Applications and Networking)
Primary responder for Service Desk Track to closure of issues / service requests on Service Desk tool.Convert issues / services requests received through email, phones and mobile to Service Desk toolAssisst with / work on documentation of IT Procurement to Pay Learn and adopt best practices of IT Asset Management, IT Application Management

Requirements

Bachelors / Master's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering or related field or equivalent is required
