Manage and maintain company IT systems, hardware, and network infrastructure
Administer and support like Zoho software and applications
Create, manage, and automate workflows, forms, and approvals in Zoho
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees (hardware, software, email, network)
Maintain user access controls, data security, and backups
Coordinate with vendors for software licenses, AMC, and IT procurement
Monitor system performance, uptime, and cybersecurity measures
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset registers
Support ERP/MIS reporting and data integration activities

Software & Technical Proficiency

Zoho ERP
Windows OS administration & basic Linux knowledge
MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Email systems & domain management
Network fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)

Qualifications

· Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in IT / Computer Science / Electronics or related field

· 5–8 years of experience in IT support or system administration

· Hands-on experience managing ERP Softwares.

Languages Known:

· Tamil – Fluent

· English – Proficient

· Malayalam – Proficient

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
