Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the electrical/solar industry
• Total 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• Proven experience in handling Solar projects, Electrical Contractors, Builders, and Consultants

Qualification:

• B.Tech or MBA (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for electrical and solar products
• Manage and grow business relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and solar clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer satisfaction
