Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Production Engineer to join our team and lead plant operations in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, hands-on experience in production management, and deep technical knowledge across various manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily plant operations and production activities
• Lead and manage a large team of 100+ production staff
• Ensure high efficiency, quality, and safety in all manufacturing processes
• Take charge of the entire production floor, including electroplating units, chemistry labs, and operations involving Mechanical Operations.
• Monitor and optimize workflow, productivity, and cost control
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance output and reduce downtime
• Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, quality, and logistics
• Maintain strict compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven track record in plant operations and experience as Production In charge
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially electroplating, chemical lab procedures, and mechanical operations
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to be based full-time in Thrissur, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
