IT Engineer

We're seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our team. As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will play a key role in supporting our business operations and driving innovation through technology.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Ensure high availability and security of IT systems, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
• Support business operations through IT service management and technical support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop IT solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Proficiency in IT service management and technical support.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Technical Skills:

• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Servers: Windows, Linux, etc.
• Cloud Services: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
• IT Service Management: ITIL, etc.
