IT & Digital Transformation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Website & Digital Infrastructure

• Design, develop, and maintain the resort website with seamless user experience.
• Implement and manage secure

  payment gateway integrations

  .
• Connect and integrate our

  PMS (Property Management System)

  with the payment gateway and WhatsApp Business.
• Develop and manage an

  AI chatbot

  on WhatsApp to handle guest queries and generate leads.

• Digital Engagement & Marketing

• Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and guest engagement strategies.
• Write and publish

  weekly blogs

  on hospitality, travel, and lifestyle to keep our online presence active.
• Assist with digital promotions, online campaigns, and content updates.

• IT Systems & Maintenance

• Ensure smooth functioning of the resort’s

  WiFi systems and IT infrastructure

  .
• Provide IT support for day-to-day operations and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Implement digital solutions to streamline guest experience and internal processes.

Who We’re Looking For

• A

  tech-savvy problem solver

  with a strong background in IT, digital systems, and integrations.
• Knowledge of

  web design, APIs, and payment gateway integrations

  is essential.
• Experience with

  WhatsApp Business API, chatbots, and automation tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  digital marketing tools, blogging, and SEO

  .
• Understanding of

  hospitality PMS systems

  is a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills, creative mindset, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Someone who is

  proactive, self-driven, and eager to bring innovation into hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or related field

  .
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT/digital transformation (hospitality experience preferred).
• Strong skills in

  web development, WordPress/Shopify/Wix

  , or similar CMS.
• Knowledge of

  API integrations, cloud systems, and networking basics
