We are currently looking for an IT - Desktop Technical Analyst in India.We are seeking a proactive IT - Desktop Technical Analyst to provide high-quality support for desktop systems, peripheral devices, and end-user IT requests. This role involves troubleshooting incidents, deploying and configuring hardware, and serving as a point of contact for IT-related issues in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and capable of assisting both on-site and remote users while maintaining operational efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless IT service delivery, contributing to a productive and well-supported work environment.
Accountabilities
- Provide first-line desktop support for PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices, resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests
- Serve as a point of contact for local IT services, including network connectivity and server-related issues
- Build, image, and configure desktops and laptops for deployment to end users
- Deliver, install, and maintain desktop assets and peripheral equipment for office-based and remote employees
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures, configurations, and support activities
Requirements
- Prior experience in desktop support, IT troubleshooting, or a related technical support role
- Hands-on experience with PC hardware, peripheral devices, and common office software applications
- Basic understanding of networks, servers, and IT service management practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with users and IT teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide timely support in a fast-paced environment
