Job Description

IT Support & Operations:

Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
Maintain IT inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and routine IT maintenance.

Infrastructure & Security Management:

Support IT infrastructure operations, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
Assist in monitoring firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security solutions.
Ensure adherence to IT security policies and data protection guidelines.
Conduct routine system health checks and performance monitoring.

Camera Surveillance & Security Systems:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV and surveillance systems.
Monitor security camera footage and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure proper storage and access control for video data.

Backup & Disaster Recovery:

Support data backup processes and ensure timely execution.
Assist in verifying backup integrity and data restoration testing.
Maintain compliance with data retention and disaster recovery policies.

Email Administration & Enterprise Applications:

Assist in managing corporate email systems, user account creation, and access control.
Support HRMS (HR Spine), ERP, and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Help in implementing IT automation tools for business process optimization.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure IT policies and procedures are followed across departments.
Support IT audits and security assessments.
Assist in implementing IT risk management strategies.
