Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Programming Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry, preferably at GSK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead and manage a team of programmers to design, develop, and deploy software applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Develop and implement programming strategies and standards.

Mentor and coach junior programmers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Job Requirements
