IT Contracts Specialist

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in contracts management, vendor negotiations, and contract analysis.

• Mandatory:

  Prior experience within the contracts ecosystem (legal, procurement, vendor management, or contract operations).
• Strong understanding of contractual clauses, terms, and redlining practices.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with vendors and drive favorable outcomes.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Experience in driving process improvements and implementing effective vendor management strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to technology and vendor contracts in IT, SaaS, or professional services sectors.
• Experience in transitioning vendor models (e.g., T&M to MSP), including consolidation strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
