Title: Contracts Paralegal

Location: RMZ Nexity, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500032, IN - HYBDRID

Duration: 4 Months with possible extension

Manager is looking for strong IT Contracts and Saas agreement

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Specific Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with JD or equivalent experience.
Demonstrate a thorough level of capabilities and proven track record of success working with Sourcing principals and methodologies, preferably for a global financial services firm.
Highly specialized knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of contract drafting and negotiation, and the liabilities and risks associated with the acquisition of goods, services, and technology.
In-depth knowledge of the risk and regulatory environment to analyze impact of medium to high complexity sourcing projects.
Thorough understanding of the Firm structure, standards, and business objectives.
Provide succinct and clear communication, both written and verbal, to a wide variety of audience, including writing clear and unambiguous contract terms.
Must have the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
