Department: Marketing Location: Ahmedabad Reporting To: Trade Marketing Manager / Marketing Head About Dermatouch: Dermatouch is a fast-growing, dermatologist-tested skincare brand offering science-backed formulations to address real skin concerns As we expand our presence across modern trade and general trade channels, we are looking for aExecutive Trade Marketing to support brand visibility, retail execution, and marketing initiatives, Role Summary: TheExecutive Trade Marketing will be responsible for supporting trade marketing operations, ensuring brand consistency at retail touchpoints, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution of campaigns, Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of trade marketing activities across retail, modern trade, and distribution channels, Support POSM (Point of Sale Materials) development, printing, dispatch, and implementation at outlets, Coordinate with sales, branding, and operations teams for smooth execution of promotions and visibility initiatives, Track retail performance, competition activities, and prepare market reports, Monitor and maintain inventory of marketing materials and collaterals, Support in new product launch execution and ensure timely rollout of in-store branding, Collaborate with external vendors for fabrication, printing, and event support, Maintain data reports, activity trackers, and budgets for trade marketing operations, Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Creative thinking with a practical approach to execution Qualification & Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 12 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support, or Brand Activation (FMCG / Cosmetics / D2C preferred) What We Offer: Dynamic work environment with strong growth potential Opportunity to work closely with marketing and sales leaders Exposure to offline retail marketing and brand-building initiatives A collaborative, learning-driven culture at Dermatouch
