Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP) Functional Consultant

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with business users to understand requirements and design solutions within

  Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP)

  .
• Collaborate with technical teams to convert functional specifications into detailed technical designs.
• Define acceptance criteria, build, and execute test plans (

  Unit, Integration, UAT, Regression

  ).
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate system issues with a focus on

  root cause analysis

  .
• Support custom developments, prepare

  functional/technical specifications

  , and ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct

  Unit Testing, System Testing, End User Testing, Business Sign-off, and Deployment

  .
• Work with

  PL/SQL scripting

  for data validation and process automation.
• Understand

  end-to-end BY-ESP footprint

  , including

  SAP ERP integration

  and other connected systems.
• Deliver all project tasks within quality standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (

  4–8 years

  ).

• Hands-on experience

  in supporting & building functionality in

  Blue Yonder – Enterprise Supply Planning (BY-ESP)

  .
• At least

  1 full-cycle implementation

  in

  Blue Yonder ESP

  module.
• Strong understanding of

  SAP ERP data integration

  and

  supply chain planning processes

  .
• Ability to collaborate effectively with

  cross-functional teams

  (Analysts, Developers, DBAs, Middleware, Infrastructure).
• Excellent

  analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  .
