IT Business Analyst cum IT Project Coordinator

As an IT Project Coordinator, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, needs, and objectives. You will gather, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements, and create business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications (FSD), use cases, and process flow diagrams. Your role will involve conducting gap analysis and feasibility studies, working closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements, and assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) while facilitating end-user training. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency through automation or new systems. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate IT project activities, resources, and timelines. - Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk logs. - Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items. - Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope. - Serve as the primary communication channel between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. - Assist in budget tracking, resource planning, and procurement related to IT projects. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis and/or Project Coordination. - Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies). - Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Confluence). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
