IT Associate

As an IT Associate, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users. This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user accounts, and assisting with system and network administration. Your role will also involve supporting IT infrastructure, contributing to IT projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and security standards.
