KRA's are as follows:

  • End to End Asset Request Management  
  • Software/Hardware stock management  
  • Asset Allocation  
  • Asset Onboarding  
  • Asset Disposal management  
  • Handling the New IT asset requests.  
  • Asset Warranty Tracking  
  • Asset Life Cycle management  
  • Hardware Asset request management (Laptop, Desktop, Accessories)  
  • IT Asset Warranty Tracking  
  • Physical Asset Verification  
  • IT Vendor and Audit Management  
  • IT Asset life cycle management  
  • Exit users Asset tracking  
  • HAM Process & Policy Analysis  
  • Hardware Reconciliation  
  • Hardware Inventory Management  
  • Maintaining the Asset inventory in Asset Register  
  • Asset Disposal Process Management  
  • Hardware Data Management
