Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Translate user requirements (or stories) into attractive and intuitive interfaces. - Improve user experience for new and existing analytic solutions by analyzing business needs, researching business problems, interviewing stakeholders and end users, and applying other best practice methods in support of user-centered design principles. - Conduct user research (interviews, surveys). - Create sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. - Bridge UX and information architecture. - Design captivating interactive concepts. - Develop user interfaces. - Enhance website usability. - Typically responsible for providing guidance, coaching and training to other technical employees within technical discipline.
