Strong knowledge of computer hardware and networking. Provide IT support for staff (CCTV, printers, routers, laptops, server, etc.).
Familiarity with website development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, or similar). Maintain and update the companys website (WordPress/HTML knowledge preferred).
Understanding of SEO basics and social media management. Assist with social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including creating & posting, engagement, and analytics.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities. Coordinate with external vendors for advanced technical support if required.
Suggest and implement cost-effective IT solutions for company operations
Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Will also include UAE Operations.
