IT Analyst

As an IT Systems Analyst in our company, you will play a crucial role in evaluating IT systems to identify inefficiencies, security risks, and areas of improvement through data analysis. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document technical and functional requirements for systems. Your responsibilities will also include creating system designs, workflows, data models, and architecture blueprints based on requirements. Working closely with IT Project Managers and developers, you will ensure the successful implementation of new systems or enhancements, delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for resolving system issues, providing timely technical support, maintaining system documentation for consistency and future reference, training end-users, and offering guidance on new systems or system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate IT systems to identify inefficiencies, security risks, and areas of improvement through data analysis - Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document technical and functional requirements for systems - Create system designs, workflows, data models, and architecture blueprints based on requirements - Work with IT Project Managers and developers to ensure the implementation of new systems or enhancements, delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget - Resolve system issues and provide timely technical support - Maintain system documentation for consistency and future reference - Train end-users and offer guidance on new systems or system enhancements Qualifications Required: - 1 Year+ experience in IT analysis or a related technical role - Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, databases, and programming languages - Ability to analyze complex systems, identify problems, and develop solutions - Skilled at diagnosing issues and troubleshooting technical challenges - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences - Basic skills in project management, coordination of tasks, setting milestones, and delivering solutions on time - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in system analysis, documentation, and requirement specifications - Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects,
