IT Administrator / IT Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled IT Administrator to oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure. This role involves maintaining systems, supporting end-users, and ensuring all IT operations run smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and Mac devices across the organization.
• Oversee and support networking equipment including access points and switches.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV infrastructure including NVR systems.
• Administer servers used for file sharing, backups, and storage.
• Maintain and troubleshoot door access control and biometric attendance systems.
• Support and manage Gmail (Google Workspace) email accounts for the organization.
• Ensure reliable operation of printers and printing services.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor IT assets and maintain accurate documentation.
• Work with vendors for hardware procurement, support, and maintenance.
• Ensure network and device security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Networking (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi Access Points, Switch configuration.
• Familiarity with CCTV, NVR systems, and Access Control/Biometric Machines.
• Good understanding of Google Workspace (Gmail Admin Console).
• Knowledge of printer configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
