• Create graphics, media essentials and presentation by using Adobe Photoshop, coral draw and MS power point.
• Format information for internal and external communication memos, e-mails, presentations and reports.
• effectively use of technology for video conferencing/event /training
• Make sure all computers, networks, in house software and telephone lines are well working
• Configuration of LAN, VPN, Networking and troubleshooting.
• Manage and control the IT assets throughout their life cycle.
• Maintain, repair and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software, ensuring working condition of all IT equipment / gadgets.
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedure.
• Manage Annual Maintenance Contract of the equipment/devices.
• Plan and manage the transport & logistic facility.
• Preparation of yearly admin budget. Monitoring of expenses or budget to ensure costs remain under control.
• Identify problematic area and implement strategic solutions in time.
• Organise and maintain physical record related to companys operating system and maintain their database.
• Act as a liaison between company and external public or private bodies.
• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and purchase material with attention to budgetary constraints.
• Oversee facilities, security services and maintenance activities
• Maintain source vendor, obtain quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage relationship, corporate gifts, material and other items.
• Procure consumables and negotiate for the best price and release PO and process invoice as per approvals.
• Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings and conference room.
• Welcome visitors and direct them to relevant office personnel.

Must be self-starter with ability to work independently.

Ability to work very well under pressure and handle very strict deadlines and work with minimal supervision.

Ability to multitask and proactive approach.
